At Buffalo.nl you can order with or without an account. If you choose to order without an account, you will need to enter your data once.
When ordering without an account, it is not possible to check your order status online and no order history will be stored.
Benefits of ordering with an account
The advantage of ordering with an account is that your details are already filled in when placing an order, and you can easily view the status of your order and your order history.
Placing an order works as follows:

Add products to your shopping cart using the green “Add to cart” button.

Then go to your shopping cart. Here you can remove items or adjust the quantity of a product if needed.

Proceed to checkout.

Log in if you are an existing customer or enter your details.

Check your order and your details for accuracy.

Choose your payment method and place your order.
Your order has been placed, what now?
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and the invoice for your order.
This invoice also serves as your warranty certificate.
Please make sure to add Buffalo.nl to your safe senders list; otherwise, our emails may end up in your spam folder.
An order has been (partially) canceled
An order may be fully or partially cancelled for various reasons, for example if an item is no longer available.
For any cancelled item, the payment obligation will of course lapse. If you have already paid, we will refund the amount to your account as soon as possible.
