Using a counterweight system to fasten itself into position, the Adidas Door Gym enables the user to perform an impressive range of highly effective upper and lower body exercises. Your body weight forms the only resistance. With four alternative g rips (narrow, wide, inverted and hammer grip), the Door Gym offers an alternative, or addition, to your strength training routine. Thanks to the alternative grips, the complex group of muscles in the shoulders and arms, upper back and torso are trig gered and challenged in the proper way. Being able to lift your own body weight has always been considered one of the best indicators of personal strength.
