Simple return procedure
Returning a product is possible within 14 days without giving reasons.
You have a reflection period of 14 days. The period of 14 days starts on the day after receipt of the product by or on behalf of the consumer. After the notification that you have canceled your purchase, you still have 14 days to return or hand over the product to us.
You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
- You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you have notified us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
- The product to be returned must be returned complete, in good condition, in the original packaging and in a shipping box (if reasonably possible).
- Do not forget to send a copy of the invoice or a paper with the order number or customer number with the return. This information is necessary for a quick handling of your return. You can also use the European Model Revocation form.
- Remove all address details from the shipping box and stick the return address below on the shipping box.

Reflection period is not a trial period
During the cooling-off period, you must handle the items sent with care.
In order to be able to assess whether you want to keep the product, it may be used as it should normally be in the store.
If the product has been used for more than is necessary to assess this, you are liable for the depreciation of the item.
We can also charge you for the depreciation in case of unnecessary damage to the product.
Liability for return shipment
Make sure you have a proof of shipment (not a proof of payment) of the returned package and keep it until the return has been processed.
Any damage during transport is at the expense of the sender.
The return costs are for the account of the consumer.

In case the entire order is returned, any shipping costs paid for the forwarding will be refunded.
If a product is returned unstamped, we will still charge you the return costs.
Assembly costs are not credited. If you have used our construction service and you decide to return the product, only the purchase amount of the product will be credited. If you want us to disassemble the product again, you will be charged for this, in that case please contact us.
We will credit the full purchase price including any standard shipping costs for the forwarding (in case the entire order is returned) as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after termination or revocation of the agreement. However, if Buffalo.nl has not yet received the returned goods, he may wait with paying back until the goods have actually reached him or until the customer has demonstrated that the goods have been returned.Repayment is made with the same payment method as used for payment.
