We deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium. Free shipping for orders from € 20,00.
For orders under € 20,00 the shipping costs are € 6,99 for the Netherlands and € 9,99 for Belgium.

We ship packages up to 32kg with GLS

Packages up to 32kg are delivered by GLS. GLS does not deliver parcels at a PO Box address, so use a regular addresss.
In case you are not at home and GLS is unable to complete the delivery, GLS will leave a notification. With the code on this notification you can make a new delivery appointment on the GLS site or choose to pick up your parcel at one of the many GLS pick-up points.

Packages above 32 kg are delivered by Transportbedrijf Beentjes.
When delivered in the Netherlands you will receive a message from Transportbedrijf Beentjes, indicating which day they deliver and you will also receive the track & trace link. On the day of delivery you can check the delivery time via this link.
If you do not receive a link you can call from 8:00 am with number 075-6553070 for a time indication.

For the delivery of packages in Belgium, you will not receive a message of the intended delivery day, you can contact Transportbedrijf Beentjes on telephone number 0031-756553070, they can be reached on working days from 8:00 am (reference is the invoice number).
